We are a third of the way through this year already. I will be starting the next third with a trip to Chicago. I’m planning to attend my Wheaton College class 65th reunion! While there I will spend a few days with my sons, Greg and Jeff and some of their families and witness the dedication of three of my great grandkids! And as I’ve shared before, I’ve always got my eyes and ears open for any possible serendipitous encounters. I’d appreciate prayer for this trip.
In my routine here at Countryside Village, I try to be sensitive to unexpected opportunities. Just a few days ago I was talking to one of our staff, and before the conversation was over, I had the joy of praying with her as she asked Jesus to be her Savior! That’s always a highlight.
Jeff Davidson, on staff at FCC, recorded a podcast to be a part of this year’s 50th Anniversary celebration of Fellowship.
Also, I was asked by a new contact down here to do a 10-minute video presentation on Reconciliation. I’ve done the prep, now I need to wait for the time when we will film it. Thanks for praying.
Below are a few emails from radio listeners:
Good morning, Pastor Golz. It is the day after Resurrection Sunday, and I once again listened to your program on BBN Radio. I very much appreciate your emphasis upon God’s Word, the Bible. I am a retired electrician since 2021. I was saved back in 1983 on a construction job in Oswego, NY, through the evangelistic ministry of a sheet-metal worker. Please keep up your good work. Bill
Hello Pastor Lud,
Thank you so much for your message; it was a true victory to reconnect with you and be able to chat, even if only briefly. Your ministry has blessed other lives—now in Brazil and in Portuguese. May the Lord continue to bless your work, bringing forth even more eternal fruit for His glory!
From Brazil: “I thank BBN for this latest program featuring Lud Golz, which truly BLESSED me this Monday, as it prompted me to reflect on what I have been doing for the LORD JESUS as an EVANGELIST. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED!!! A BIG HUG!!!
MAY YOU ABIDE IN THE PEACE OF THE LORD JESUS!!!” (Marcos)
