Update from Lud and Mur

July 29th, 2019

This has been a strange spring and summer so far. Lots of rain, quite cold, then bursts of very hot, humid weather. Hard to get grass cut or get a few holes of golf in. But in spite of this God has been good. We’ve had some great times in our gazebo visiting with friends over meals, counseling some, encouraging others and enjoying fellowship – even when it rains.
Ministry wise, I’ve had the opportunity to preach a few times, which I really enjoy doing. The changes in the Spanish radio division are being completed. We had to redesign the website in order to conform with EU regulations. All of this is now completed, so pray God will continue to reach hundreds of thousands of listeners daily. I will be visiting BBN headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Pray that this time with them will be productive.
On the family front we have some good news: Our sixth great grandchild was born a few weeks ago, Marleigh Joanne Wilson. Both Mom and child are doing well, PTL! And just before that we got word that our grandson Stephen got engaged to Annie. They will be married November 17, again PTL!! In a couple of weeks our granddaughter, Sam will start college. We truly have been blessed.
We enjoyed visiting with the Northern Contingent of our family two months ago. Over the next week we will be spending time with most of our family’s Southern Contingent. And to top off all of this travelling, we will spend a couple of days to celebrate our 60th Anniversary in Holmes County. Yes, we truly have been blessed. Thank you, thank you all for your continued prayers for us, our family and our ministry. Your support is a great encouragement to us. We pray for you that God will richly bless you and yours.
