In a recent update I shared how Mur experienced shortness of breath on a couple of occasions, leading to a morning two weeks ago where it was more intense along with some pressure on her chest. We called her Dr. who encouraged us to go to an emergency center. This led to hospitalization and further testing which led to a preliminary diagnosis of Aortic Stenosis. Further testing led to the conclusion she needed open heart surgery. After consulting with a Doctor friend, we asked for her to be transferred to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, which led to further testing, and ultimately deciding for Mur to get a TAVR procedure, “Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement.” This was done on Wednesday, October 27. Today, the 28th, she was released to go home – The procedure was successful! Praise The Lord! We had asked you all, and many others, to pray for God’s guidance, good Doctors and a positive outcome.
